Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. For products that meet this criteria and you wish to return, please contact us to arrange your return.
Product Warranty
Lifestyle Retail Group offers a 1-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.larq.com.au. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
